TERMS & CONDITIONS -Movember competition

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These rules apply to „Movember” competition.
2. The competition is organised by the One Money Mail Ltd based in London: Exchange Plaza, 58 Uxbridge Road, W5 2ST (hereinafter referred to as „the organiser).
3. The competition is open to persons over 18 years living in the UK.

4. The Organiser is responsible for running the competition and its compliance with competition rules.

CONTEST RULES
5. The contest starts Nov 1, 2014 and lasts until 30 Nov 2014.
6. The participant can takes part in the competition by adding photos on our facebook or bringing to the branches : Ealing, Acton, Streatham, Hammersmith, Luton.
7. The participant will get a “Sami Swoi mug” for the photo brought or sent on 01 November 2014 and 30 November 2014 in accordance with Article 7.
PRIZE
8. The prize is a “Sami Swoi mug”
COMPETITION RESULTS
9. The prize draw will take place on 10 december, and all winners will be notified within 7 working days.
10. The winner will be notified by e-mail and by phone.
11. We will require the winner to confirm the delivery address by e-mail. The prize will be sent by Royal Mail or it will be avaiable to pick it up in branches Sami Swoi.

FINAL PROVISIONS
12. Participation in the competition means to consent to the processing of personal data of participants by the organiser. The participant agrees to the use of the image of the marketing activities conducted by One Money Mail Ltd and 1MM Media Ltd.
13. The participation in the promotion confirms the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Participant and obligates the Participant to observe the described rules. It also confirms that the Participant meets all the conditions to participate in the promotion.
The participant confirms that he/she read the Terms & Conditions and accepts them in full.
